Our Programs
INDIVIDUAL EXCHANGE
Non-Paid, Non-Academic Internships
Description: Ideal for individuals seeking short-term professional exposure. Exchanges typically last up to three months, in compliance with local visa regulations.
Living Arrangements: Hosted by local families, who provide room and board.
Internship Placement: Arranged with a workplace or organization prior to arrival.
GROUP EXCHANGE
Non-Paid, Non-Academic Program
Description: Small groups (6-10 participants) engage in shared cultural and vocational experiences over 4-6 weeks.
Living Arrangements: Participants stay with host families, receiving room and board at no cost.
Vocational Exposure: Group exchanges are tailored to specific educational or vocational interests, offering practical exposure in the host country.

How It Works
What to
Expect
Participants work closely with their host Rotary district to plan activities that may include:
Networking and relationship-building events.
Humanitarian service projects.
Professional and leadership development training.
Exchange Length
and Format
Duration: 02 weeks to 03 months, depending on participant goals and Country / Host Rotary Club capabilities.
Format: Available as individual or group exchanges, with flexible arrangements to fit participant preferences upon arrival.
Costs and Responsabilities
The Student will be responsible for Air Ticket, Travel Health Insurance and personal expenses, and Travel Documents (Passport and Visas)
The Host Rotary Club will provide the accommodation - Home and Board, Local Transportation and Vocational Experience arrangements.

Eligibility & Application
Who Can Join?
NEW GENERATIONS SERVICE EXCHANGE is open to young adults aged 18-30 who have completed secondary education and are committed to Rotary’s ideals of service and cultural understanding. No prior Rotary membership is required, although current Rotaractors and alumni of Rotary programs are encouraged to apply.

Submit a Formal Application: Prepare necessary documents, including a resume, timeline, and objectives.
Arrange Exchange Logistics: Work with Rotary to finalize accommodation, workplace placement, and other exchange details.
Participant Expenses
Host districts typically cover local room and board, as well as in-country transportation.
Participants are responsible for travel to and from the host country, health and liability insurance, and any personal expenses.
