Who We Are

NGSE.NET (New Generations Service Exchange Network, Inc.) is an independent, global network - by Rotarians for Rotarians - dedicated to connecting young adults with cultural and vocational exchange opportunities through Rotary International Clubs and Districts. Our mission is to foster cross-cultural understanding and professional development for young people ages 18-30, offering them the chance to engage in international service, vocational growth, and cultural exploration.

Our network includes Rotary Clubs, Rotaract Clubs, and Rotary-affiliated organizations worldwide, all working together to promote Rotary’s values of service, peace, and leadership through Young Leaders.

The New Generations Service Exchange Network, Inc (NGSE.NET) shall facilitate collaboration among members of  Rotary Clubs, Rotaract Clubs, Rotex Clubs, Districts, Multi-districts, and countries throughout the world to promote NGSE and facilitate exchanges. NGSE is a program for individuals, ages 18 to 30, who wish to have international vocational, service, or cultural experiences through Rotary.
