Happy New Year to all of our members. We now have 82 members in our growing organization. Some other news: Board of Directors There will be a board of Directors meeting on Saturday, 21 February, 8:00 am Central Standard time. A zoom invitation to board members will be sent approximately one week prior to the meeting, along with agenda. Meet and Greet Websinar Video  A short, edited version of the November webinar has been prepared. It provides information about NGSE to prospective members and promotes our conference in April. It is available on our web platform. We encourage you to share it with any Rotarians you think might be interested, especially district leadership, including DGs, DGEs and DGNs. Click here to see the video. NGSE 2026 Conference - CHICAGO Planning for Conference 26 is well underway. Pre-conference tours are currently being developed — including a visit to RI Headquarters — and pricing details will be shared very soon. The conference agenda is also in progress, and all members are encouraged to contribute. If you have ideas for topics you’d like to see included, please send your suggestions to the Conference Chair, Julie Carney, at juliecarney7120@gmail.com. In addition, we’ve negotiated with the hotel to extend the special $600 member registration rate until the end of January. REGISTER NOW Bylaws  The Bylaws Committee has been meeting and will have proposed amendments distributed prior to the Board meeting. The Learning and Development Committee The Learning and Development Committee (formerly Training) has prepared ten training modules for preparing exchange participants. They will be available on the NGSE web platform, for members only, in a short time. Nayen 2026 The Events Promotion Committee is actively pursuing a shared booth at the House of Friendship in Taiwan this summer. They will also be staffing a table at the Country Fair at the NAYEN Conference in Houston, Texas March 19-21. Please contact me with any questions, comments, suggestions or concerns.
